Customer service is so important nowadays and Rita at the front desk was amazing. We need more human kindness in the world and because of Rita I would definitely stay here next time in the area.
Great staff and accommodations. Sadly the waffle maker was broke? Waffles at evey BW is what keeps us coming and this location had frozen? Will check waffle status prior to booking here next time.
Some friends & I stayed here to get some solid rest for a couple nights as we were in-between housing. The room was clean, smelled nice and had a perfect set up for the 3 of us. There are 2 sections to the rooms with a sliding door in-between them providing privacy for them and I, a padio were you can get fresh air & 2 TV's one on each side of the room! Breakfast was probably the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. They have a machine in the lobby that spits out delicious cappuccinos lol. Next time I have the money I will definitely be back here. Also wanna give a shout-out to Kathleen at the front desk for being so sweet and understanding.
Really great hotel. Nice and considerate staff, we needed a few basic toiletries and they were great about providing them. Rooms are big and comfy (we got a suite). Plenty of parking, feels secure. And the breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options!
Kids really enjoyed this hotel, it is our second time here. We even traveled with 2 small dogs who did well. Will most likely stay here again.
The women at the reception desk were so sweet we felt welcomed and our concerns were addressed with care and gentleness. Hotel provides large bottled products like lotion shampoo conditioner its connected to the walls so it’s none of the tiny bottled stuff.. the breakfast was great !! Definitely enjoyed the classic variety Very clean hotel
Have stayed here off and on the past 2 months while house was being remodeled. Terrific experience for long or short stays. Staff is incredible, including Edna the manager all of the front desk folks and especially the breakfast staff- always smiling and happy to see us! Speaking of breakfast- very solid offerings, yum. Had a minor issue with housekeeping a few weeks back, but was resolved without incident. Barely worth mentioning, just be aware you need to have them clean room every 4 days with longer stays. Building is a bit older, but the staff work very hard to keep it as clean and well functioning as possible. Rooms are very large- essentially 1 bedrooms with the suite options. Overall, one of my favorite hotel experiences, locally or otherwise.Especially factoring prices- one of the best values you can find.
Very spacious. They cleaned the room everyday! Employees were helpful. Some upgrades would be nice, but overall it was a good stay and we will stay again.
